EPIC Kitchen Makeover
Three meals a day are prepared for nine residents in a tiny kitchen that barely accommodates two people. Our kitchen was last upgraded in 1989.  As you can imagine, preparing almost 10,000 individual meals each year for 29 years means a good deal of wear and tear has occurred.  This is the year for an EPIC kitchen makeover!  

Work began in January.  We are looking forward to the new areas, but in the meantime, it is going to be a real challenge. The staff has to cook in the dining room with an electric skillet, griddle and crockpot.  Breakfast and lunch are working out well.  Dinner is more of an adventure.
